Salmon Teriyaki

Judi Wright, Atascadero, CA

Ingredients:

4-5 slices of salmon
1 1/2 tsp salt

Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sake
1 TBSP sugar

Directions: Sprinkle salt on salmon then slowly boil the sauce until thick.

Cook salmon: broil salmon until slightly cooked. Baste with thickened sauce several times until fish is done.

Approx. 10 - 15 minutes
