Salmon and Broccoli Quiche

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 Marie Calender's deep dish pie shell

Filling:
1 cup salmon
1 1/2 cups (6 oz) swiss cheese - shredded
1 cup frozen broccoli, florets, thawed and drained on paper towels
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp paprika
parsley leaves
*may substitute and use spinach
Directions: Heat oven to 375 F and prepare pie crust as directed on package.

Layer salmon, cheese and broccoli in pie crust.

In med. bowl, combine remaining ingredients, beat well and pour over broccoli.

Bake at 375 F for 40 - 50 min or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 min before serving.
